Do I need to create an account to order something online?

You don't need a Merrachi account to place an order. You can choose to check out as a guest for a quick transaction, use PayPal for a fast payment, or sign up as a customer.

I forgot my password: what should I do?

Don't worry, it happens. Request a new password on the account page.

Can I change my order?


We begin processing your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. Changes can be made within this timeframe. We recommend that you "Contact us" as soon as possible with a detailed and complete request.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of order arrival. Buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us and paying for delivery of the exchanged item.

When will I receive my order?

Order processing generally takes between 1 and 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Free shipping for all orders over 3 shirts.

Delivery times and methods vary depending on the destination country - DPD in Europe and Fedex for the rest of the world.

Belgium : 1 business day

France / Netherlands / Luxembourg / Deutschland : 2-3 business days

UK / Ireland : 3-4 business days

Sweden / Norway : 4-5 business days

Canada / USA : 6-8 business days

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Are there any additional fees for international orders?

For international orders, taxes and customs duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?


If your order is delayed by 15 or more business days beyond the longer estimated delivery time, please email us, and we will investigate it for you as soon as possible

Do you deliver where I live?

We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, DPD and Mondial Relay to ship worldwide.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your address is recognized within our carriers’ systems.

If your address is not officially listed, we can arrange delivery to a nearby pickup point. In that case, you’ll simply need to provide a valid email address and phone number so we can keep you updated and notify you once your order is ready for collection.

What makes your shirts special?

The shirts are made in China before being sent to AGIRI. They are made of 100% polyester with a unique technology for a soft feel. The badge, the stars and 'AGIRI' are sewn with great precision, and the BURUNDI logo is flocked using heat press.

How do I keep my shirt in perfect condition?

The #Gonima jersey is 100% polyester and should be machine washed separately at 30 degrees without fabric softener. Wash the shirt inside out to preserve it for as long as possible.

  • Line dry
  • Do not iron over the print
  • Do not clean dry

Can I customize my shirt?

Customization is not yet available, but we are actively working to give you the option to make your purchase unique.

Do you have a physical store where I can shop?

We do not have any physical stores or social media channels where we sell our products. Only the website agiristore.com is managed by our teams.

Are your products made in a fair and ethical way?

We are constantly improving our production. We have moved from China to Portugal, partnering with a family-owned facility that shares our ethical values. This shift allows us to ensure more responsible production while reducing our environmental impact.
