Order processing times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Order processing generally takes between 1 and 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the order amount.
Free shipping for all orders over €200 / $230.

3. Delivery methods and times

Delivery times and methods vary by destination. We work with DPD, DHL, Mondial Relay and FedEx to get your order to you.

• Belgium : 1 business day
• Canada / France / Netherlands / Luxembourg / Deutschland : 2-3 business days
• UK / Ireland / Italy / Portugal / USA : 3-4 business days
• Rest of Europe : 4-5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, allowing you to track your package in real time. Please be sure to check your emails, including your spam folder, to avoid missing any important information.

All international orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
