FAQ
Shirt
The shirts are made in China before being sent to AGIRI. They are made of 100% polyester with a unique technology for a soft feel. The badge, the stars and 'AGIRI' are sewn with great precision, and the BURUNDI logo is flocked using heat press.
Pre-order
The pre-orders are officially closed.
All orders will be shipped approximately 4 weeks after July 1st.
Every step of the delivery will be sent via mail. Keep an eye on your inbox.
If the shirt has not been processed yet, you can cancel or edit your order by contacting us.
Delivery
Please note that the jersey will be shipped a few days after the order date (around 5-6 days). You will receive email updates at each stage of the process, including order confirmation, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Please be sure to check your emails, including your spam folder, to avoid missing any important information.
Delays
If your order is delayed by 15 or more business days beyond the longer estimated delivery time, please email us, and we will investigate it for you as soon as possible
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges within 21 days of order arrival. Buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us and paying for delivery of the exchanged item.

Washing
The GONIMA shirt is 100% polyester and should be machine washed separately at 30 degrees without fabric softener. Wash the shirt inside out to preserve it for as long as possible.

- Line dry
- Do not iron over the print
- Do not clean dry
